  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

  • Not create multiple accounts without permission

4. License and Usage Rights

What You CAN Do:

  • Use purchased assets for personal and commercial projects

  • Modify and adapt designs to suit your needs

  • Use assets in print-on-demand businesses

  • Create derivative works from our templates

  • Use assets in client work and freelance projects

  • RESELL THE DESIGNS AS DIGITAL PRODUCTS (with PLR rights)

  • BUNDLE DESIGNS IN YOUR OWN PRODUCT PACKAGES

  • INCLUDE DESIGNS IN YOUR OWN COURSES/TEMPLATES

  • TRANSFER RESELL RIGHTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

What You CANNOT Do:

  • Claim ownership of the original designs

  • Use assets in trademark or logo creation

  • Use content for illegal or malicious purposes

  • Resell our exact product packages as your own (must add value)

  • Share download links or source files directly

Reseller Rights (PLR) Specifics:

  • You may resell our designs as digital products

  • You may include our designs in your own product bundles

  • You may offer the same resell rights to your customers

  • You must add significant value before reselling (cannot resell exact same package)

  • You cannot transfer master resell rights (your customers get standard resell rights only)

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment Terms:

  • All prices in USD

  • One-time payments for individual products

  • Instant digital delivery upon payment confirmation

  • Secure payment processing through Stripe/PayPal

Refund Policy:

  • Digital products: 7-day money-back guarantee

  • Refund requests must include specific reasons

  • No refunds after 7 days from purchase

  • Abuse of refund policy may result in account termination

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

  • Upload or transmit malicious code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
